Work Scope
The company carries out the mechanical services including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, laboratory services, hospital services, fire fighting services, gas and water and general plumbing services in commercial, industrial, educational and hospital buildings. The project managers supply and co-ordinate the various elements of a contract and have the facility to design, deliver and commission a turn-key project.
Safety
The firm runs a strict safety regime. A particular safety statement is drawn up for each project. A method statement is submitted for each element of work that contains risk. The firm’s safety officer implements all necessary and mandatory procedures.
Quality
The firm has established a reputation for carrying out work to the highest standards. Wide experience has been gained in erection of air handling units, chillers, fan coil units, heat pumps, underfloor heating and geothermal systems. The company has its own quality policy, and when required, works within the quality policy of the main contractor.
